Refunds and cancellations
This notice applies to program seats and retainers invoiced by Webfieldbase. Website copy is informational; a tax invoice and engagement letter govern a live booking.
Eligibility
A full refund is available if we cancel a cohort or retainer before the first facilitated session, or if we cannot supply the named principal and you decline a substitute. Australian Consumer Law remedies remain available where a service has a major failure.
Timeframe to request
Change-of-mind requests for a Playbook Seat must reach us in writing at least ten calendar days before the first session. Later change-of-mind requests are assessed as partial refunds only, because maps and packs are printed to a named seat.
Full or partial
Full refund: unused Lane Audit if we have not yet opened your files, or a seat we cancelled. Partial refund: a Playbook Seat withdrawn after materials ship, less A$620 for print and facilitation prep already incurred. Floor Companion and Season Pairing are billed in arrears weekly; unused future weeks are not invoiced. Weeks already delivered are not refundable except where Consumer Law requires it.
Non-refundable items
Travel booked at your request, third-party room hire, and printed maps already delivered to your site are not refundable. Alumni breakfast places have no cash value.
Process
Email info@webfieldbase.digital with the invoice number and whether you are citing change of mind, our cancellation, or a Consumer Law claim. We acknowledge within two business days and decide within ten.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account or card within fifteen business days. We do not refund in cash or in store credit. Currency is Australian dollars.
Cancellation by you or us
You may cancel a future week of Floor Companion with five business days’ notice. We may cancel for force majeure (flooded site, closed airspace, instructor illness without a competent substitute). In that case prepaid unused time is refunded in full.
Exceptions
If you provided a fabricated volume file or refused site access after we travelled, we may retain the travelled week’s fee. Chargebacks opened without first writing to us will be met with the invoice pack and this notice.
